ALTITUDES - The first single release from the forthcoming debut studio album 'The space between the stars' is OUT NOW on the Black Hole Recordings 'In Trance We Trust' imprint.
Crossing the boundaries between trance, house and techno in a non-too-subtle way, Altitudes gives you the first taste of what's to come when Pulser releases his debut long-player this summer.
"Of course "Altitudes" is an undeniable trance production, but the unmistakable techno undertone is what makes the track. The lower than normal BPM, the super deep bass and the hard thumping drums give the title an incredibly powerful sound that will work perfectly on packed nights. A synth sweep, subtly brought into the mix, makes it almost feel as if the temperature rises. A typical hands in the air track for the mere fact that we're dealing with a single that earned the stamp 'epic'.
Marc Zims decided to stay close to the theme of the original, but that's about it. The additional programming turns the original version into a true tech trancer with a marvelous rough edge to it. Pay close attention to Marc Zims' use of sounds in the break; it will take some of us back to the early days!" (BHR)
